  • Advise on deal structure and tax implications with your CPA and attorney

Month 7-10

Due Diligence & Close

Buyers verify everything. This is where clean books, documented processes, and solid preparation pay off.

  • Coordinate with buyer's team on financial, legal, and operational due diligence
  • Navigate working capital negotiations and purchase agreement terms
  • Manage the closing process — legal review, fund transfer, and ownership transition
