- Negotiate on your behalf to maximize total value and minimize risk
- Guide you through the Letter of Intent (LOI) and exclusivity period
- Advise on deal structure and tax implications with your CPA and attorney
Phase 4
Month 7-10Due Diligence & Close
Buyers verify everything. This is where clean books, documented processes, and solid preparation pay off.
- Organize and manage a virtual data room with all required documents
- Coordinate with buyer's team on financial, legal, and operational due diligence
- Navigate working capital negotiations and purchase agreement terms
- Manage the closing process — legal review, fund transfer, and ownership transition
